Jack G. Lee III, CPA is a partner of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national leadership and marketing consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders achieve success by helping them develop and implement leadership, succession, marketing, and training and development plans. Jack brings proven leadership and business development capabilities and is committed to delivering comprehensive solutions to help our clients grow and succeed.

Prior to joining ConvergenceCoaching, Jack was a partner of Deloitte LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP, where he provided services to Fortune 500 companies. His career with Deloitte spanned 28 years and included various client service and management roles in three office locations.

As a Lead Client Service Partner for strategic clients such as Harley-Davidson, Johnson Controls, MillerCoors, and Actuant Corp, Jack organized and led cross-functional teams to deliver Deloitte’s full range of capabilities in risk, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

Jack also served as Lead Tax Partner for the Rockwell International Tax Outsourcing Team and as Tax Managing Partner where he led the integration of 125 tax and administrative professionals from Arthur Andersen into the Milwaukee tax practice and the admission of two new partners. In addition, Jack served as an instructor for various Deloitte national training programs, as recruiting leader for Deloitte’s Chicago and Milwaukee tax practices, and held many formal and informal coaching and mentoring roles. He is passionate about developing people of all experience levels to help them succeed in life and their careers.

Jack is a licensed CPA in Illinois, Nebraska, and Wisconsin and has completed additional post-graduate courses on strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership communication as part of the Columbia University School of Business Executive Education Program. He is also a member of the AICPA. To relax and reenergize, Jack enjoys playing golf and riding his red Harley-Davidson Roadglide.
